Undervisningsbygg [the Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property] shall enter into parallel framework agreements for earthworks.

The framework agreement applies to ground works associated with urgent improvement works, that also involve a 24 hour stand-by scheme, and planned maintenance works and smaller rehabilitation projects that the Municipal Undertaking for Educational Buildings and Property performs while the school is in operation.

The framework agreement is limited area wise to the Contracting Authority's properties. In connection with value preserving maintenance works, as well as individual minor rehabilitations, the Contracting Authority needs to connect with companies in the above stated specialised field.

In addition, it is desires to use landscape gardeners for plant and vegetation works, and maintenance of outdoor areas such as stairs, walls and fences.
