Gran municipality is planning a new local medical centre at Sagatangen.

We would like tender offers for architectural services in accordance with the attached tender documentation and appendices.

The procurement will give Gran municipality access to solution-oriented consultancy resources for the implementation of an important regional project, with the aim of reducing the loan limit to NOK 369 million (2022 NOK value). The progress, scope and degree of detail can be changed during engineering design as a result of political decisions, amongst other things.

The project is split into an engineering design phase in 2023-2025 and a construction phase in 2025-2027. The procurement concerns the implementation of a draft project with an option for a preliminary project as a basis for a tender contest and follow-up until the project is finalised. The contracting authority is open to the possibility of transferring the contract to a turnkey contractor depending on the execution model.

The need for political decisions may periodically put the work on hold and may lead to changes or the project being stopped. 

Tenderers must offer an architect 'responsible executive officer' and an architect "executive officer" who must be different persons. Tenderers must also provide the necessary services within the disciplines of landscape architecture (LARK), interior architecture (IARK), construction engineering consultancy (RIB), fire prevention engineering consultancy (RIBR), acoustics engineering consultancy (RIAKU) and water/sewage engineering consultancy (RIVA). In addition, tenderers must be able to offer skilled employees within service design.

At start-up, the majority of call-offs for architectural services will be made at project start-up, but the architect must assess when additional resources are required for engineering design (consultants such as RIBR, RIB, etc.). The scope of engineering design may increase with the number of consultants or the establishment of an engineering design team.
