The subject matter of the requested services is the execution of the following essential work, in part including the necessary technical work, for:
• Construction site equipment consisting of material and personnel containers, protection against paved courtyard areas and media provision during the construction period.
• Installation of ELT systems, as well as the associated power distribution.
• Installation of a cable support system, consisting of cable trays for functional preservation installations as well as cable trays without functional integrity.
• Fabrication of a lighting system consisting of outdoor and indoor units
• Manufacture of an emergency lighting system consisting of outdoor and indoor units.
• Installation of computer system, as well as the associated structured cable system.
• In all work, attention must be paid to the required potential separation by means of suitable insulation. This must be proven and documented by measurements. All measurement reports must be attached to the inspection documents.
• Scaffolding work, including covering the openings for the working pits on the ground floor that can be driven on during construction.
Particularities:
• The luminaires will be provided to the contractor by Hochbahn Hamburg and handed over for professional storage and/or installation.
