This contract is being awarded by the Pays de la Loire Region for the award of a global public performance contract (MPGP) within the meaning of the provisions of Article L. 2171-3 of the French Public Procurement Code, on 35 Local Public Education Establishments (EPL) belonging to the Region. The Contract covers: - the design and implementation of the Energy Renovation Programme for all the assets described within the scope of the Contract; - performance management and energy monitoring (PFI type contracts); - Operation, maintenance and total guarantee ("P2", "P3" services) of the following technical installations: - heating, - eCS, - ventilation, - air conditioning, - water treatment, - energy production equipment.
