The subject of the procedure shall be “The provision of technical assistance and maintenance to Oracle hardware and software owned by the Oracle Authority”, as set out in Annex 1 to SWZ (Description of the subject matter of the order). Location of equipment and software owned by the Ordering Party: Pomeranian Provincial Branch of the NFZ in Gdańsk, Łódź Provincial Branch of the NFZ in Łódź, Headquarters of the NFZ in Warsaw.

1. The subject of the order is “Provision of technical assistance and maintenance to Oracle hardware and software held by the Oracle Authority”, in accordance with the list of Annex 1 to SWZ (Description of the subject of the order). 4. Location of the hardware and software held by the Oracle Contracting Authority, subject to the order: Pomeranian Provincial Branch of the NFZ in Gdańsk, Łódź Provincial Branch of the NFZ in Łódź, Headquarters of the NFZ in Warsaw. 2. The Contractor undertakes to deliver a certificate confirming the purchase of technical assistance service and maintenance. The certificate shall be verified with the manufacturer within 7 days from the date of conclusion of the contract.
