Furthermore, refurbishments of existing natural stones are planned indoors. In the outdoor area, the covered area must also be provided with a new structure. For this purpose, insulation and sealing work are to be performed as preparatory work in lot 3. In the area of the roof terraces, a concrete layer of cast stone must be installed on pedestal storage.
