d) Due to the specificity of the Ordering Party's activities, the quantities indicated above are estimates. The Ordering Party reserves the right to make the implementation of the subject of the contract dependent on the actual needs. The Ordering Party guarantees the use of min. deliveries, i.e. 400 tons during the term of the contract.

e) Quality parameters of the subject of the contract: lead-bearing scraps with metallic spills, dusty scraps, sinters, piece scrap, lumps of maximum size of 30 cm in the largest dimension. Waste must not be contaminated with foreign materials in excess of 5%. The delivered subject of the contract must be characterized by natural radioactivity.
