The work to be designed and carried out concerns the restructuring of 17 practical work rooms in the 4TP4 building.

The floor area of the existing building is 3,270 m 2 approximately including 2,905 m 2 approximately useful surface. The project also plans to demolish part of the building, 660 m 2 about. The building's potential is reduced to 2,610 m 2 approximately floor area including 2,120 m 2 approximately useful surface.

The building will mainly house five services:

- a molecular biology service;

- an animal biology service;

- an animal physiology service;

- a Neurosciences service;

- a Genetics / Developmental Biology service;

- additional rooms made up of five storage areas and a preparation room for animal husbandry, two storage areas for hazardous products, three freezer and fridge rooms;

- technical and sanitary rooms.

The share of the financial envelope allocated to the works by the contracting authority amounts to

4,430,000.00 EUR excl.

The contractor will be entrusted with a basic mission (including SSI mission) supplemented by:

- inventory of fixtures with statement of existing (partial DIAG);

- quantitative quantities (partial EXE), summary (partial EXE), and

- the following additional assistance missions:

—— determination of operating and maintenance costs, analysis of the overall cost of the structure;

—— summer comfort analysis with thermodynamic simulation;

—— maintenance and commissioning with drafting of specifications.

As a forecast, the project management mission should start on 16.11.2020.
