Service Contract for the Implementation of the Surveys of Willingness-to-pay to Avoid Negative Chemicalsrelated Health Effects (SWACHE) Project

The European Chemicals Agency in Helsinki (ECHA) wishes to establish a service contract for the implementation of the surveys of willingness-to-pay to avoid negative chemicals-related health effects (SWACHE) project that ECHA is currently conducting in collaboration with the OECD and its Member Countries, and which seeks to value chemicals-related health effects.

The purpose of this negotiated procurement procedure is to conclude a contract with a service provider to conduct several internet-based surveys and share the collected survey data with ECHA and the OECD.
