This contract is a multi-year public supply contract and standing within the meaning of Article 2, 20 ° of the law of 17 June 2016. This is a framework agreement concluded with a single successful tenderer for the benefit of the entities identified in point 4 of TITLE I of these special specifications. These entities will place orders with the successful bidder of the framework agreement as and when their own needs arise.

The purpose of this contract is to:

- the sporadic and geographically dispersed delivery of the said supplies.
