The subject of the contract is the construction of the second stage of a housing estate at Pokładowa, Masztowa and Oficerska streets in Szczecin.

The scope of the contract includes the turnkey construction of six residential buildings (178 residential units, including 1 protected apartment and 12 assisted apartments for seniors, with a total usable area – 9 358.03 m2 and 2 service premises intended for a nursery and senior club, with a total usable area – 436.55 m2), construction of the necessary accompanying infrastructure and land development, delivery and installation of equipment intended for the disabled and for protection fire protection and visual identification elements in the nursery premises, implementation of all works and activities necessary for the proper performance of the contract in question.

3) in the Specification of The Terms of Contract (SWZ).
