The plan area is the right Elbdeich after the city of Jerichow. As a result of the flood in 2002, the dike to be planned was rehabilitated only at certain points. Other deficits occurred at the 2013 flood. A weak-point analysis revealed shortcomings of up to 0.70 m in freeboard alone in 2015.
It is planned to redevelop the existing dyke on its axis. In addition, the dike has to meet the requirements for a bilateral dam, as it becomes a polder dyke.
The project also includes the Leitdeich Bucher Brack, which adjoins the north.
The total length of the dyke rehabilitation is about 2,700 m.
The estimated total construction costs for the KG 200-500 are about 3 942 200.00 EUR net.
- the compliance of the dyke on the existing route to improve the stability,
- elimination of deficits,
- Elimination of internal and external damage to the dike by floods in 2002 and 2013,
- improvement of dike defense in flood situations,
- where necessary, small-scale adjustments to public sector installations include the following:
a) Design of the civil engineering work phases 1-8 to in accordance with Part 3 Section 3 of the HOAI 2013, Honorary Zone II, all basic services and special services, the latter optional;
b) HOAI 2013, Part 4 Specialist Planning, Section 1, Structural Design § 51ff HOAI; Scope of work Structural engineering Dike construction: Honorarea II, performance phase 2-4, specified basic services as well as special services, the latter optional;
c) HOAI 2013, Part 2 Land Use Planning, Section 2 Landscape Planning; § 26 HOAI, landscape management plan, fee zone 2, minimum rate LP1 - 4 § 26, reference to Annex 7 HOAI, all basic services and special services, the latter optional.
Special services:
- create tasks for further required freelance work for the project,
- evaluating offers for further required professional services for the project with proposed allocation,
- to co-ordinate the other required professional services for the project,
- Checking and valuing ancillary offers when awarding construction works.
Consulting services:
- geotechnical report plus exploration by means of geoelectrics and equipment use,
- Engineering surveying - Planning accompanying surveying.
- ecological construction pipeline - optional,
- Creation and maintenance of a web-based user platform for planners, clients, etc., filing of all relevant project documents according to given structure - optional,
- Building survey for the Digital Dike Book (DDB) - Optional.
