The contract consists of services concerning the collection, transport, delivery of municipal solid waste and environmental hygiene services including sweeping and cleaning of public land and other ancillary services in the area, as per the project drawn up in accordance with the provisions of art. 41 paragraph 12 of Legislative Decree 36/2023, in compliance with the technical specifications and contractual clauses contained in the minimum environmental criteria referred to in Ministerial Decree no. 255 of 23 June 2022, GURI no. 182 of 5 August 2022 - in force from 3 December 2022, to be awarded under the right regime pursuant to art. 21 of Legislative Decree no. 152 of 03.04.2006 and subsequent amendments and additions, according to the rules established by the C.S.A. and in the other tender documents and on the basis of the principles provided for by the legislation in force on the subject.
