DiBK's archive system is obsolete and is being phased out by suppliers. The system must be replaced with a new system that will contribute to streamlining the electronic document management and increase the document capture and information security in DiBK.
The contracting authority plans to award a contract without having contact with all of the tenderers beyond making any minor clarifications/corrections to the tenders. Negotiations can regardless be held if the contracting authority, after the tenders are received, considers it appropriate.
In addition, the contracting authority can request a demo or a small pilot in order to see specific functions in the contracting authority's environment. The selection will be made after evaluation of the award criteria and possibly demo/pilot.
Tenderers have access to give parallel tenders, for e.g. by offering different archive cores or case management systems as long as the same requirements are met.
