1) The subject of the contract is the execution of construction and demolition works of the third stage of reconstruction of the heavy type quay on plot 28/8 and piles of the pumping station foundation on plot 29, at Dębogórska Street in Szczecin, as part of the multiannual program entitled Construction of the Polish Maritime Rescue Training Center in Szczecin, in the scope described in detail in Annex 1a to the SWZ – Description of the Subject of the Order (OPZ) and in the annexes thereto.

This description of the subject-matter of the contract (hereinafter also referred to as 'OPZ') defines a contract covering the following works:

Construction and demolition works of the third stage of the reconstruction of the heavy quay

on plot No. 28/8 and piles of pumping station foundations on plot No. 29, at

Dębogórska Street in Szczecin, as part of the long-term program entitled Construction of the Polish Maritime Rescue Training Center in Szczecin.

The scope of works in this order includes the execution of piling works at the quay and for the pumping station, tight walls with anchorages and reinforced concrete works together with the necessary demolition, earthworks and accompanying works

The main element of the subject of the contract is the execution of piling works at the quay and for the pumping station, tight walls with anchorages and reinforced concrete works together with the necessary demolition, earth and accompanying works, in the scope described in detail below and graphically shown in the graphic attachment (Annex 1 to the Description of the Subject of the Contract).
