As a result of the procurement, contracts for services will be concluded for the provision of snow removal services on the roads of Viljandi Municipality in 24 regions. When submitting the Offer, the Contractor confirms that it owns at least one wheeled tractor with a power of 100 kW or more powerful, which has a front plow and a GPS device. In order to prove the Work performed, the Contractor must submit to the Contracting entity a winter maintenance diary, which must contain: working hours, route, working days by date. The Winter Care Diary is the basis for payment for the Work, in the absence of which no Remuneration is paid for the Work performed.

When submitting an offer, I recommend that you familiarize yourself with the position plan of the respective area. The basis for performing snow removal is the position plan, if the section is not marked on the map for snow removal work, then in these places there is no fee for the work. The Contractor has the right to make proposals to the Customer for supplementing the position plan, i.e. if a road has not been marked on the map of the given area, where the citizens of the rural municipality live.
