1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services for the development of construction and executive design documentation for the expansion of voivodship road No. 417 for the task: "Execution of construction and executive design for the task:" Extension of voivodship road No. 417 in Lisięcice "in accordance with the terms of essential specifications order conditions. Code and name of the Common Procurement Vocabulary: 71.32.20.00-1 - design engineering services in the field of civil engineering.

2. The subject of the contract includes:

a) geodetic works:

- developing a map for design purposes,

- division of plots,

- stabilization of road lane boundaries,

b) design works:

- preparation of a construction design together with obtaining a decision enabling the task to be carried out (building permit or decision on the permission to implement a road investment - ZRID),

- development of detailed design,

- drawing up the design of the target traffic organization with its approval,

- preparation of a health and safety protection plan (BIOZ),

- development of detailed technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works,

- development of the cost estimate part (investor's cost estimate, offer cost estimate, bill of quantities, calculation of unit prices),

- carrying out studies in the field of environmental protection along with obtaining a decision on the environmental conditions of the project,

- development of water law surveys along with obtaining water law permits,

- soil testing - drilling (according to the list of geological drilling parameters),

- testing the pavement load capacity by means of deflections,

- detailed inventory of greenery along with the logging plan,

- other elements necessary for carrying out the task,

c) preparing answers to questions of construction works contractors, providing explanations regarding the developed project documentation and making possible modifications (corrections and additions) to the prepared project and tender documentation, during the tender procedure for the implementation of construction works for the project involving the expansion of voivodship road No. 417 in Lisięcice town,

d) exercising author's supervision during construction works and during the warranty period for defects for construction works carried out on the basis of design documentation prepared by the design unit
