The Assignment consists of providing (interior) advice, the supply of floor coverings, window coverings and circular furniture and the performance of life-extending repairs of the furniture in accordance with our circular ambitions.

In this tender we are looking for a suitable partner in the field of office design who can advise us and furnish our office buildings in an innovative and sustainable manner.

We want to enter into a five-year framework agreement with this partner, followed by five one-year extension options.

The assignment includes:

a) re-use of existing furniture (re-use, repair, refurbish);

b) delivery and installation of new circular furniture;

c) advice regarding room design;

d) repurposing unusable furniture.
