2 The order will be processed in two parts. The Contracting Authority allows the submission of partial tenders (for one or two parts)

The contracting authority does not allow the submission of variant offers, does not specify employment requirements on the basis of an employment relationship, in the circumstances referred to in Article 95 of the Act, and requirements for the employment of persons referred to in Article 96(2)(2) of the PPL Act, does not reserve the right to apply for the award of a contract only by contractors referred to in Article 94 of the Act, does not provide for the award of contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(8) of the Act, does not provide for a local inspection and verification by the contractor of the documents necessary for the performance of the contract available on the spot at the contracting authority, does not provide for the conclusion of a framework agreement,

A. NOTEBOOK – 15.6" with operating system and software, keyboard, mouse – 36 pieces,

B. Wired laser computer mouse – 40 pieces,

C. QWERTY US wired keyboard – 20 pieces.

3. Measures of evidence that the deliveries offered meet the requirements laid down by the contracting authority, submitted with the offer:

The Ordering Party requests, as a confirmation that the offered deliveries meet the requirements specified by the Ordering Party, to submit together with the offer:

a) documentation/technical specification made available by the manufacturer offered by the contractor of the equipment /device indicated in item A of the "Price Form" - Appendix No. 1A to the SWZ (printouts from manufacturers' websites, copies of manufacturers' data sheets, manufacturers' statements), confirming compliance with the requirements of the ordering party. The attached documents must indicate the actual parameters of the equipment offered.

Where the documentation or technical specification of the equipment made available by the equipment manufacturer referred to above does not contain all the parameters allowing for full verification of the requirements contained in the SCI, an additional statement signed by the contractor supplementing the missing parameters of the equipment offered (actual) confirming compliance with the requirements of the SCI shall be allowed, in addition to the required documentation/technical specifications. 2. If the Contractor proposes an equivalent solution, it shall also be obliged to provide documents from the manufacturer of the offered solution confirming that the equivalent solution offered meets the requirements set out in the SWZ.

c) for a graphics card offered in a notebook – item A of the "Price Form" (Appendix No. 2A to SWZ) printouts from the period not earlier than june 2022 of the PassMark - G3D Mark test containing point results of processor performance, published on the website: http://www.videocardbenchmark.net/gpu_list.php.

4. The Ordering Party shall require that the documents referred to in point 3 drawn up in a language other than English be submitted together with a translation into the language of Polish.

5.If the contractor does not submit the means of proof in question or the evidence in question is incomplete, the contracting authority shall call for their submission or supplementation within the prescribed period.

6. The contracting authority may request from contractors explanations regarding the content of the means of proof in question.

In the event that the contractor offers for the multifunction device additional equivalent consumables, manufactured by a manufacturer who is not the manufacturer of the device offered in item A of the "Price Form" (Appendix No. 1B to the SWZ)), he will be obliged to provide documentation providing

their equivalence, i.e. confirming that these materials are compatible with the equipment indicated in item A (Appendix No. 1B to SWZ) of the above-mentioned document and ensure a print quality at least equal to the original materials (manufactured by the manufacturer of the devices offered in the above items), are brand new, that they meet the requirements as to the required quality and capacity / performance, and that their use will not result in the loss of the equipment warranty – issued by the manufacturer or appropriate independent entities authorized to control the quality of products.

2. The Contracting Authority shall require that the documents referred to in point 1 drawn up in a language other than English be submitted with a translation into Polish.

3. If the contractor does not submit the measures of evidence in question or the measures of evidence submitted are incomplete, the contracting officer shall call for their submission or supplement within the time limit set.

4. The Contracting Authority may request explanations from the contractors on the content of the evidence in question.
