Total estimated energy consumption [kWh] in the period from 01.01.2023 until 31.12.2023 is 1,851,448 kWh. The material scope of the subject of the contract covered by this procedure is determined by a detailed description of the subject of the contract (Annex to the SWZ) together with the list of the contracting authority's facilities covered by the subject of the contract, which are an integral part of these tender specifications.
The value of the energy actually purchased may differ from the declared one and will depend on the actual demand of the Ordering Party, and the Ordering Party will not bear any consequences in this respect. Stated energy demand .
