Restricted procedure, for the stipulation of a four-year Framework Agreement, using the Application Service Provider functionality of CONSIP S.p.A., concerning the supply of the service of administration of professional courses in foreign languages in favor of the personnel of the Italian Army or other Armed Forces, Armed Corps of the State and other Dicasteries as well as Italian-speaking for foreign personnel, to be carried out under the aegis of the Foreign Language School of the Army, divided into a single lot.
