The subject of the order is the delivery of computers with software and antivirus licenses for the project “eCareMed — development of digital medical services at the Provincial Specialist Hospital No.5 of Saint Barbara in Sosnowiec”.

Task A — delivery of 240 PCs, task B — delivery of 70 pieces of software.

The Contracting Authority shall require the Contractor's declaration of the guarantee granted (for Part 1) submitted on the offer form. The Contracting Authority requires a minimum guarantee of 24 months from the date of delivery. In the absence of fulfillment of the warranty period, the contractor shall declare that it shall grant a minimum guarantee.

Equivalence parameters:

- Full integration with the Active Directory MS Windows domain (owned by the processor) based on Windows Server 2012,

— managing computers through Group Policy (GPO) Active Directory MS Windows (owned by the contracting authority), WMI,

— the installed operating system does not require activation by phone or Internet,

— full integration with VideoTel, Payer,

— full ActiveX support.

All of the above functionalities cannot be implemented with all kinds of emulation and virtualization of Microsoft Windows 10.

The object of the order is the delivery of computers together with software for the project “eCareMed — the development of digital medical services at the Provincial Specialist Hospital No.5 of Saint Barbara in Sosnowiec”. A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall be provided by OPZ, which is Annex 8 to the SWZ.

Delivery includes task A — extension of ESET Protect Entry for 3 years — 700 pcs on and task B — extension with new licenses for ESET Protect Entry on-prem with subscription for 3 years — 100 pcs.

The Contracting Authority shall allow the supply of the equivalent software indicated above provided that the contractor fulfils the functional requirements, parameters, standards of the supplied software not inferior to those of the contracting authority, and deploys new software on the specified computers ordering (800 pieces).
