Royal Devon and Exeter NHS Foundation Trust have procured an Energy Performance Contract to enable them to implement energy efficient and local energy generation measures to their buildings and estate via a mini competition from an Essentia Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust Energy Performance Contracting (EPC) Framework, OJEU ref. 2013/S 189-326435 dated 26.9.2013.

The evaluation was split as follows:

70 % Quality (100 points were on offer — scores out of 100 were then converted to a weighting out of 70)
