Framework agreement for the realization of contracting services for the renewal of tunnels of the Central East DIR. -> The equipment fleet related to tunnels of the Centre-Est DIR is becoming more and more important, following recent or ongoing safety and renovations, and is becoming older, with the first renovated project being the Tunnel des Monts in 2005-2006. In July 2019, DIR Centre-Est proposed a multi-year programme of Renewal of equipment of 30.5 Meuro (S) over 9 years (2020-2028), and an annual requirement of the order of 3.3 Meuro (S). This programme covers a wide variety of equipment (power supply, lighting, ventilation, video surveillance coupled with automatic incident detection (Dai), radio communications, signalling, automation, supervision,...), with work costs sometimes significant, and proposes a budget route. This program is updated annually according to the progress of its implementation, the budgetary context and the condition of the equipment.Since the engineering structure of the Central East DIR is insufficient to provide management in addition to pilotage, the purpose of this Framework Agreement is therefore to be entrusted to its holder all or part of the MOE of Tunnel Equipment Renewal Projects. -> The following tasks may be entrusted to the licensee through subsequent contracts:.
