- mobile metropolis, other GSM communications (DOM, international) emergency number,

- information services,

- special numbers.

Concerns, for all users:

- the provision of subscriptions,

- the routing of the incoming traffic on each subscription,

- the routing of outgoing telephone calls to all fixed and mobile destinations, the provision of mobile terminals associated with opening or renewing subscriptions (in the form of "packs"),

- value-added services supported by networks and equipment, such as data transport, tablets, internet access or multimedia exchanges (SMS, MMS, others).

Provision of unsecured Internet access on fiber optic, ADSL or other support and related services.
