The Regional School Community (RSG) Wolfsbos forms the board of a broad school community with currently 5 school buildings, located at one school location for Secondary Education in the municipality of Hoogeveen. It was decided to house Wolfsbos in a new building, positioned in the vicinity of the only building that will be maintained for the long term: De Meander.

The new building of RSG Wolfsbos will be realized for 1228 students. This number of pupils includes a permanent space requirement of 10,815 m² gross floor area (GFA) excluding gym capacity (1,024 m²), 803 m² is filled by the Meander building with which the new building has a volume of 10,012 m².

Two new gymnasiums will also be realized.
