The object of the contract is the maintenance and operation of collective thermal installations for heating, domestic hot water and controlled mechanical ventilation. This contract is of the "Service and package" type and is intended to have the holder take charge of: P2, P3 and P3R. The services are the subject of a detailed presentation within the CCTP common to all the lots. Duration of the contract: the execution of each lot takes effect from 28.7.2021 and ends on 31.7.2027. The duration is firm. From the notification of the market and at the latest until 27.7.2021, there is a transition period during which the holder prepares the implementation of the services, in particular the assumption of responsibility, the familiarization of the sites, in accordance with to the provisions of the CCTP.
