1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection and management of municipal waste from the territory of the Municipality of Żychlin, including:
(a) Reception of municipal waste from the property on which the inhabitants reside, located in the municipality of Żychlin,
b) Transport of municipal waste from the territory of Żychlin Municipality to the site of their development,
(c) Development of municipal waste received from the territory of the Żychlin Municipality.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of a service for the collection and management of municipal waste from the territory of the Municipality of Żychlin, including:
(a) Reception of municipal waste from the property on which the inhabitants reside, located in the municipality of Żychlin,
b) Transport of municipal waste from the territory of Żychlin Municipality to the site of their development,
(c) Development of municipal waste received from the territory of the Żychlin Municipality.
On the date of signing the contract, the Contractor will receive from the Ordering Party a detailed list of property/address points from which municipal waste will be received.
During the implementation of the contract, the list will be updated on an ongoing basis (by the Contracting Authority and the Contractor).
2.The Contractor is obliged to receive and manage municipal waste listed in the table below from inhabited real estate areas:

3. The Contractor is obliged to receive municipal waste:
(a) continuously, not interfering with night rest (from 6.00 to 22.00),
(b) within the time limits set on the schedule by the export company taking into account the frequencies referred to in point 5 of the OPZ,
(c) irrespective of weather conditions,
(d) vehicles adapted to receive individual waste fractions, in a way that excludes mixing selectively collected municipal waste with mixed municipal waste.
4. The Contractor is obliged to receive all municipal waste specified in Table 1 in an unlimited quantity directly from the site of inhabited properties accumulated in containers and/or bags meeting the requirements set out in the law, with the obligation of The owner of the property is to provide employees of the export enterprise free access and access to containers and bags within the dates of waste collection.

2. The Contracting Authority requires, in accordance with Article 95 (1) of the Pzp Act, to be employed by the Contractor or Subcontractor on the basis of an employment contract of persons carrying out activities in the scope of the A detailed description of employment was described in Rozdz. 3.The Contractor may entrust the performance of part of the contract to the subcontractor (subcontractors).
4.The Ordering Party does not reserve the obligation to personally perform the key parts of the order by the Contractor.
5.The Contracting Authority requires that, in the event of entrusting part of the contract to subcontractors, the Contractor shall indicate in the offer the parts of the contract, the execution of which it intends to entrust to the subcontractors and provide (if known to him at this stage) the names (companies) of those subcontractors. Please fill out the relevant point of the offer form. If the Contractor leaves this point unfilled, the Ordering Party considers that the order will be executed by its own forces i.e. without the participation of subcontractors.
6.Entrusting part of the contract to subcontractors does not relieve the Contractor from liability for the proper execution of the order.
