1. The object of the order is the construction of the new facility of the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice at 56 Voivodeship Street.
2. The item of the order was divided into Stage III, with:
2.1. Stage I -is a guaranteed stage
2.2. Stage II — is the stage covered by the right of option 1
2.3. Phase III — is the stage covered by the right of option 2
3. A detailed description of the object of the order and the requirements of the Ordering Party for the subject of the order are specified
3.1. Annex 2 to SWZ: description of the object of the contract (objects of works, design documentation and technical specifications of execution and acceptance of works),
3.2. Annex 3 to SWZ — breakdown of the object of the contract for the purposes of option law.

4. The item of the order does not include the felling of trees and shrubs indicated in the architecture design (green).
5. The Contractor is obliged to dismantle and transfer to the Contracting Authority in undamaged condition the existing steel fence of the property on which the construction works will be carried out.
6. Date of execution of the order: up to 44 months from the date of conclusion of the contract with the division
for the following stages:
6.1. Part guaranteed up to 13 months from the date of conclusion of the contract, carrying out the following work: removal of all collisions, and in particular reconstruction of the heating network with commissioning, reconstruction of the electricity grid of Tauron Distribution and construction of the structure reinforced concrete garage, together with the ceiling above the garage, together with external installations, must take place by 30 October 2022 at the latest.
6.2. Part covered by option 1 to 25 months from the date of signing the contract,
6.3. Part covered by option 2 to 44 months from the date of signing the contract.
