Constant cleaning and proper maintenance of sanitary, orderly and aesthetic condition of buildings and municipal areas administered by the Department of Premises and Municipal Buildings in Olsztyn, divided into two tasks

Constant cleaning and proper maintenance of the sanitary, orderly and aesthetic condition of buildings and municipal areas listed in Annex 7 to the SWZ / which is also Annex 1 to the contract / 7 days a week, including public holidays in accordance with:

- regulations for cleaning buildings and properties, specifying the manner and frequency of cleaning constituting Annexes No. 10a, 11a to the SWZ / being also Annexes No. 2 and 3 to the contract

- standards of winter maintenance of areas constituting Annex 9a to the SWZ / being at the same time Annex 4 to the contract /.

Constant cleaning and proper maintenance of the sanitary, orderly and aesthetic condition of buildings and municipal areas listed in Annex 8 to the SWZ / which is also Annex 1 to the contract / for 7 days a week, including public holidays in accordance with:

- regulations for cleaning buildings and properties, specifying the manner and frequency of cleaning constituting Annexes No. 10b, 11b to the SWZ / being also Annexes No. 2 and 3 to the contract

- winter maintenance standards constituting Annex 9b to the SWZ (which is also Annex 4 to the Agreement).
