The assignment involves a thorough area review of the drivers and developments for marine management and research, both nationally and internationally. The assignment requires considerable knowledge of governmental administration and budgeting systems, in-depth national and international knowledge of marine environment and resource management, including safe and healthy seafood, marine research, research funding systems, technology and infrastructure, etc.
The estimated value of the contract is from NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT to NOK 2,500,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
The assignment will take place within one year of contract commencement.
