EDF SA wants to acquire a shared fleet management SAAS software solution for its fleet.
EDF SA already has a mixed solution (fleet management and shared fleet) at the end of the contract and has just acquired a fleet management solution called “GAC Car Fleet”.
This shared fleet solution will need to interface or be interoperable with the GAC Car Fleet solution in order to manage the entire EDF fleet (assigned and shared vehicle)
This EDF SA shared fleet management software solution will be in the form of an outsourced service with associated implementation, maintenance and support services.
The main services are as follows:
— management of vehicle pools (open and closed pools)
— management of vehicle access badges, including “master badges”;
— business travel management: booking (car sharing, carpooling, possibility to book on behalf of others), inventory, use of vehicles;
— management of telematics data exchanged with carsharing boxes (reservations, defects, revisions, update of the enclosure software, energy level);
— notifications by email, SMS and mobile app (reservations, information);
— control (dashboards, reporting, statistics);
— functional, technical and security administration (accounts, rights and authoritations);
— interoperability between fleet management and shared fleet management solutions (entry/exit of shared fleet vehicles, identification of shared fleet vehicle drivers for infringements and claims).
Number of shared vehicles: between 1,000 and 4,000 vehicles.
Number of EDF users: Potentially 60,000
