2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including the terms of the contract, is contained in Annex 9 to the SWZ, constituting a model contract.

3. Deadline for the performance of the contract - 10 working days from the date of protocol transfer of the vehicle to the Contractor by the Ordering Party.
