The contract applies to individual purchases up to NOK 800,000 (excluding VAT) of the entire range within the category office furniture.
Some of the products are part of a core range. This is labelled in the price and product form.
The remaining range is priced according to guiding prices with offered discount rates. In the price and product form this is labelled as ‘case’ with randomly selected products used to evaluate the competition.
The core range is ordered from an e-commerce catalogue. The remaining range is ordered with the help of free text on e-commerce.
Limitation of the agreement:
- Purchase over NOK 800,000 (excluding VAT) will take place on a separate dynamic purchasing system for new furniture
- A large volume of different product can be announced as a separate contest on the dynamic purchasing system even if the purchase does not exceed NOK 800,000 in value.
- Used furniture and hire of furniture is not included in the contract
- Supplementation of previously purchased furniture can be purchased from previous suppliers if the new supplier does not have the same product in their range.
