The acquisition will be subject to the acquisition of the developer consultancy service in Mäntyniemi.

The acquisition involves the acquisition of a developer consultant for the project in Mäntyniemi. Mäntyniemi is the official residence of the President of the Republic, which also serves as the work and office space of the President and the staff. The Pine Peninsula site includes the main building and a gate and service building serving it. A renovation will be carried out in the pine peninsula. The aim of the project is to repair or new the exterior sheathing of buildings, interiors, house and security technology, and a park within the plot, where applicable. The project will be launched with project planning, fitness studies and necessary starting information. The rates of repair of buildings and park, as well as the subscriber's project objectives, will be detailed during the project.

The estimated start date of the contract period is no earlier than December 2021.
