- lot A: 33 buildings,

Annual maintenance of the boiler, regulation and installation of heating and domestic hot water production.
Bi-monthly visits in winter and monthly in summer of all installations including the following tasks (checks / adjustments / energy monitoring).
Descaling every two years for the boilers.
Two annual passages for the control and maintenance of the ventilation units.
Energy monitoring.
Estimated amount excluding VAT over five years CHF 1'420'000.
