The subject matter of the procurement is the maintenance and development services of Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland public web page (openaid.fi) for the presentation of Finnish development cooperation statistics and data.

Maintenance services and service operation include application maintenance (e.g. bug fixes and security-patch installations), server hosting and service operation (e.g. availability, access and incident monitoring and service desk operations).

Application and service development includes maintenance of code and implementing new functionality to the service. This may include new thematic areas to the website, data mapping, visualisation and service design.

Openaid.fi is an open source service.

The statistics data used on the website is from IATI registry and in IATI standard.
