The municipality shall procure Safety alarm packages for municipal health and care services for users residing at home.

The participating municipalities are: Bergen, Kvam and Voss.

The municipality shall procure Safety alarm packages for municipal health and care services for users residing at home.

The safety alarm packages includes the following technologies:

1. digital safety alarms / home central with an accompanying administration system. The system shall be linked to:

a. Pressure sensors:

— movement / inactivity sensors,

— door sensors,

— falling over sensors,

— smoke detection sensors.

2. Mobile safety alarms:

a. Cameras:

— cameras connected to the digital safety alarms,

— cameras for continous supervision,

— cameras for visual and anonymized supervision.
