The full truck warranty period is: minimum 24 months (no mileage limit). NOTE: Criterion for evaluating offers.

The Contractor is obliged to provide the Contracting Authority with the necessary guarantee documents at the latest on the day of receipt of the vehicle.

Services related to the provision of warranty, in particular technical inspections and service, will be provided free of charge, in accordance with the recommendations of the manufacturer of the delivered vehicle.

The Contractor shall ensure the maximum time of commencement of vehicle failure removal during the warranty period not exceeding 72 hours from the moment of reporting the failure by the Contracting entity to the e-mail address indicated by the Contractor.

The warranty period for the executed subject of the contract is – 60 months from the date of final acceptance.
