The subject of the agreement is the supply of light fuel oil for heating purposes to facilities administered by 22 WOG in Olsztyn in the second half of 2023 Customers in Lipowiec, Omulew, Czarny Piec, hereinafter referred to as fuel oil, in a total quantity of 100 m3, including the basic order of 72 m3, option 28 m3 in accordance with the "Fuel oil supply plan for the 22nd Military Economic Branch in Olsztyn in the second half of 2023", hereinafter referred to as the "Delivery Plan", constituting Annex 2 to the draft provisions of the contract, the quantities included in the option of which will be used and delivered to the Recipient additionally, after completing the basic order, at the request of the Ordering Party, at the unit prices specified in the offer form.
Oil delivery will take place in several batches, their final number will depend on the needs of the Ordering Party and weather conditions prevailing during the term of the contract.

Fuel oil should be delivered by road tankers, in accordance with the requirements of the PN-91/C-04024 standard, equipped with filler tips with a legalized "dispenser" device in units of measurement – liter and a printer enabling the issuance of a report (proof of issue) on the amount of fuel delivered to a specific boiler room.
Light fuel oil must be delivered in compliance with all applicable regulations governing the carriage of hazardous materials according to RID/ADR.
