The purpose of the contract is:

- the insurance intermediary (s) (general agent or broker) who will be responsible for the placement of the contracts, their management and the settlement of claims,

- Mutual or mutual insurance company (or companies) without intermediaries that will cover the various insurance risks of the municipality of Saint-Maurice.

The contract may be awarded to an individual service provider or to a group which will take the form of a joint group after the award.
