Description:
Receiving and landscaping of municipal waste from property residing on which municipal waste is created in the Municipal Municipality of Sępólno Krajeńskie

The subject of the order shall be the collection, transport and development of the whole mass of municipal waste collected selectively and non-selectively from all inhabited properties located within the Municipality of Sępólno Krajeńskie in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling are achieved, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage, according to the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888), records of Plan for waste management of Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship for 2016-2022 with a perspective for the period 2013-2028 adopted by the resolution of the Sejmik of the Kuyavian-Pomeranian Voivodeship No XXXII/545/17 of 29 May 2017 and the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order within the Municipality of Sępólno Krajenske. A detailed description is contained in Chapter V of the Order Terms Specification.

(a) the collection of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and biowaste constituting municipal waste from property owners will be carried out with a frequency of:

- for single-family property in rural areas - not less often than 1 time every 2 weeks,

- for multi-family properties in rural areas - in the period from April to October with a frequency of no less than 1 time per week, and in the period from November to March 1 once every 2 weeks,

- for single-family property in the area of the city - not less often than 1 time every 2 weeks,

- for multi-family properties in the area of the city - in the period from April to October with a frequency of no less than 1 time per week, and in the period from November to March 1 once every 2 weeks,

- for properties in multi-family development in the area of the city (housing cooperative) - no less often than 2 times a week, and biowaste no less often than 1 time a week,

(b) Receiving selectively collected waste from paper, cardboard, paper and cardboard packaging, glass and packaging of glass, plastic, plastic packaging, metals, metal packaging:

- for single-family and multi-family properties in rural areas - no less often than 1 time a month,

- for single-family property in the area of the city - not less often than 1 time a month,

- for multi-family property in the city area - no less often than 2 times a month,

- for properties in multi-family development in the area of the city (housing cooperative) - not less than 1 time a week,

(c) Receipt of waste electrical and electronic equipment shall be carried out within the time limits set by the trader receiving municipal waste at a frequency of at least 2 times a year.

(d) Receipt of large-sized waste will be carried out within the deadlines set by the trader receiving municipal waste at a frequency of at least 2 times a year.

e) The collection of ash will take place between 1 October and 31 March 2 times a month and 1 April to 30 September 1 once a month after the prior telephone application.

f) Extended medicines will be collected collection points located on the pharmacy site, where the containers for the collection of such waste will be provided by the Contractor. The Contractor shall monitor the state of the filling of the containers and receive the waste at such a frequency so that it does not cause these containers to overflow.

g) Used batteries and batteries other than industrial and automotive batteries will be collected at collection points located in public buildings, where the containers for the collection of such waste will be provided by the Contractor. (h) Receipt of construction and demolition waste, arising on property, collected in containers or containers intended for selective collection in quantities up to 1 m3, made available by the Contractor, at a frequency of 1 time per year per property, shall be carried out on notification. Reception shall take place no later than 7 days from the date of substitution of the container or container by the Contractor.

(i) The Contractor shall be required to implement the “complaint” (failure to collect waste from the property on schedule, not to leave bags for segregated waste improper performance of the service, etc.) immediately after receiving a phone or email from the Ordering Party. Please notify the Ordering Party about the handling of the complaint.
