The subject of this public procurement is the preparation of multidisciplinary design documentation including the construction of the MOLF (Marine Off-Loading Facility) unloading platform, i.e. a fixed offshore structure with an openwork structure, for unloading indivisible oversize cargoes (AIL) and other large-size materials and equipment necessary for the construction and operation of the NPP, together with an approach track and turntable, as well as a section of technical road with a length of approx. 20 m. contract, the Contractor is obliged to perform author's supervision during the execution of construction works. A detailed description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ) is attached as Appendix 10 to the Terms of Reference.

2. The Contracting Authority may not make part of the Terms of Use available on the website of the proceeding due to the protection of the confidential nature of the information contained in the following documents:
1) Preliminary concept for the task: "Construction of hydrotechnical infrastructure for the needs of the EJ1 investment in the Lubiatowo-Kopalino location" together with a navigational analysis and a preliminary wave analysis;
(2) design of geological works;
3) General Contractor's Guidelines – document no. PLGB-XMY-001
Due to the fact that the above-mentioned documents contain information of a "sensitive" nature, requiring protection of their confidential nature, access to these attachments will be possible at the Contracting Authority's headquarters, after signing a separate confidentiality agreement. To this end, the Contractor, through the Marketplanet platform, will request the Contracting Authority to provide access to the confidentiality agreement. The Contractor shall deliver the signed contract by an authorised person on behalf of the Contractor to the Contracting Authority. After obtaining the signature of the Director of the Maritime Office in Gdynia, the Contracting Authority shall notify the Contractor of the date of inspection of the documentation.
