The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Krasne Commune from real estate inhabited in the period from 18.01.2023 to 31.12.2023.

1. The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from the area of the Krasne Commune from real estate inhabited in the period from 18.01.2023 to 31.12.2023. The collection and management will cover: 1.1. directly from the property: a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste b) metal waste, including packaging waste from metals, plastic waste and multi-material packaging waste c) paper waste, including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste d) glass waste, including glass packaging waste e) biodegradable waste, with particular emphasis on bio-waste f) separately collected waste - ash, 1.2. expired medicines - collected in containers located in selected pharmacy points, 1.3. from mobile separate collection points for municipal waste: furniture and other bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, used tires, paper, plastics, metals, multi-material packaging waste, glass, bio-waste, expired drugs and chemicals, waste not eligible for medical waste generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, used batteries and accumulators, construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste, textile and clothing waste, hazardous waste, ashes, 1.4. from separate collection points for municipal waste: furniture and other bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, used tyres, paper, plastics, metals, multi-material packaging waste, glass, bio-waste, expired medicines and chemicals, waste ineligible as household medical waste as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular needles and syringes, waste batteries and accumulators, construction and demolition waste constituting waste municipal, waste of textiles and clothing, hazardous waste, ashes. The number of properties from which waste will be collected in accordance with the list of municipal waste collection points constituting Annex 1 to the OPZ is 3 445 and may increase by 5%. A detailed description of the subject of the contract (OPZ) is attached as Annex 5 to the SWZ. 2. The estimated amount of municipal waste from the Krasne Commune in the period from January 18, 2023 to 31.12.2023 will be about 3,850 Mg.
