Viridian Energy Limited proposes to appoint a third party to provide, on Power NI and Energia's behalf, a range of energy services to be offered to domestic and commercial customers of Power NI (in Northern Ireland) and of Energia (in the Republic of Ireland) through a ‘white label' arrangement (branded with Power NI or Energia accordingly).

The overall objectives of the services shall be:

(a) To provide an excellent energy service offering which enhances the Power NI Brand and Energia Brand;

(b) To generate an income stream for Power NI and Energia through the delivery of energy services;

(c) To support compliance with Energy Services Directive requirements through the offering of energy services to customers.

The energy services will include, but is not limited to, the supply and installation of cavity wall and loft insulation, boiler servicing, boiler replacement and repair, solar water heating, solar photovoltaics, airsource heat pumps and wood pellet boilers. Other products include heating controls and Energy Performance Certificates.
