The subject of the contract is the performance by the Contractor of the delivery of 7 units of new heavy goods vehicles, on three-axle chassis, in a 6x2 powertrain, with an engine complying with the requirements of EURO VI standard, equipped with garbage truck buildup with a capacity of at least 19 m3, intended for the reception of the transport of municipal waste and equipped with a weighing system and a vision monitoring system, year 2021.

Warranty:

1. chassis:

• minimum 24 months with a limit of 80,000 kilometers depending on what happens first;

• free service during the warranty period, covering the full range of services and repairs (including consumables, except windows and tires);

• warranty covering the entire chassis with additional equipment fitted and fittings;

2. Built-in:

• minimum 24 months without a limit of kilometers;

• free service during the warranty period, covering the full range of services and repairs;

• warranty covering the entire buildup with additional equipment fitted and fittings;

3. Vehicles must have:

• approval certificate for a complete vehicle;

• necessary regulations and measurements allowing the car into service, necessary documentation in Polish and licences defined by law for operation (also in terms of health and safety).

Terms of payment.

A faultless protocol that is the basis for issuing the invoice will be written down from the reception. A detailed description of the terms of payment was included
