The RSA recently published a Contract Notice seeking Tender for the Scheduling, Coordination and Delivery of the RSA's Road Safety Education Resources.

Having evaluated the Tenders received in adherence with the evaluation methodology set out in the RFT, the RSA has now awarded a Contract as further detailed in this Contract Award Notice.

3.2.1 The scope of the Contract comprises:

(i) delivery of events onsite and/or online/virtually using the Road Safety Education Resources;

(ii) the provision and ongoing management of appropriately qualified and trained personnel to deliver the events on behalf of the RSA (“Educators”);

(iii) managing event booking and scheduling for each of the Road Safety Educations Resources and the Rollover Simulator;

(iv) coordination with multiple RSA contractors to ensure smooth running of events;

(v) preparation and supply of digital promotional content in respect of the Road Safety Education Resources;

(vi) maintenance and upkeep of Road Safety Education Resource equipment;

(vii) ongoing monitoring, development and enhancement of the Road Safety Education Resources in partnership with the RSA;

(viii) protecting the brand and reputation of the RSA;

(ix) data recording, processing and reporting;

(x) management of health and safety;

(xi) Contract Management.
