1. The Contracting Authority described in Chapter I of the SWZ shall jointly conduct a public contract award procedure (Article 38 Pzp). The contracting authority to conduct the procedure and choose the most favorable offer (Part 1; Part 2 of the order) is the City of Zielonka.
Orders will be awarded (signed by contracts for the supply of electricity) by the contracting authorities described in Chapter I.
2. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 to consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 15%) 5 022.80 MWh, of which:
1) For premises and facilities – (Lot 1 of the contract) – 3 421.09 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ,
2) For the needs of road lighting (Part 2 of the order) – 1 601.71 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is provided in Annex 1b to the SWZ.
Supply of electricity to premises and facilities (list of energy collection points is set out in Annex 1a to the SIWZ),1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 to consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 15%) 3 421.09 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is attached as Annex 1a to the SWZ.
2. Details of the electricity consumption of each collection point are described in Annex No 1a to SWZ.
3. The forecast electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may deviate from the amount of energy actually collected, during the duration of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the contracting (customers), other than the need to pay for the amount of energy actually collected.
4. The number of metering systems accounting for consumed electricity and a detailed description of consumption points (PPE) are included by the contracting authority in Annex 1a to the SWZ
5. Deliveries will take place from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025. Details of delivery dates (start and end) in relation to individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to the SWZ column "date of entry into force".
6. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the scheduled start date of supply (“Notice Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).
7. For all PPE covered by the OSD contract, PGE Distribution S.A.
8. Quality standards
1) The subject of the order is the supply of electricity with certain quality standards in accordance with applicable regulations.
2) Electricity quality standards are described in the Act of the European Parliament and in the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007 No. 93, item 623, as amended) amended by the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment of 27 September 2022 amending the regulation on detailed conditions for the operation of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2007). The principles of shaping and calculating tariffs and settlements in electricity trade are specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Climate and Environment
of 29 November 2022 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 2505, as amended).
Supply of electricity for the needs of road lighting1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity in the period from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2025 to consumption points (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 15%) of 1 601.71 MWh – a detailed list of PPE is provided in Annex 1b to the SWZ.
2. Details of electricity consumption at each collection point are described in Annex No 1b to SWZ.
3. The forecast electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may deviate from the amount of energy actually collected, during the duration of the contract.
