Description of the subject of the order, including description of the part of the order
1. [Applies to each part of the contract] The subject of the contract is the creation of an initial GESUT database in accordance with the GESUT conceptual data model, as defined in the Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of October 21, 2015 regarding the poviat database of GESUT and the national GESUT database, including:
a) obtaining data and source information constituting the basis for creating the GESUT database,
b) analysis of source materials intended for use in creating the GESUT database,
c) creation of the initial GESUT database,
d) preparation of the resulting documentation (technical report),
e) supply of the IT system operating in the Poviat Starosty in Kętrzyn, data from GESUT,
f) training employees of the Employer in operating the GESUT database.

The subject of the order is the creation of the initial GESUT database for the City of Kętrzyn, in accordance with the conceptual GESUT data model, specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of October 21, 2015 regarding the poviat database of GESUT and the national GESUT database, including:
a) obtaining data and source information constituting the basis for creating the GESUT database,
b) analysis of source materials intended for use in creating the GESUT database,
c) creation of the initial GESUT database,
d) preparation of the resulting documentation (technical report),
e) supply of the IT system operating in the Poviat Starosty in Kętrzyn, data from GESUT,
f) training employees of the Employer in operating the GESUT database
The subject of the order is the creation of the initial GESUT database for the Commune of Barciany in accordance with the conceptual GESUT data model specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of October 21, 2015 regarding the poviat database of GESUT and the national GESUT database, including:
a) obtaining data and source information constituting the basis for creating the GESUT database,
b) analysis of source materials intended for use in creating the GESUT database,
c) creation of the initial GESUT database,
d) preparation of the resulting documentation (technical report),
e) supply of the IT system operating in the Poviat Starosty in Kętrzyn, data from GESUT,
f) training employees of the Employer in operating the GESUT database
The subject of the order is the creation of the initial GESUT database for the Kętrzyn Commune in accordance with the conceptual GESUT data model, specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of October 21, 2015 regarding the poviat database of GESUT and the national GESUT database, including:
a) obtaining data and source information constituting the basis for creating the GESUT database,
b) analysis of source materials intended for use in creating the GESUT database,
c) creation of the initial GESUT database,
d) preparation of the resulting documentation (technical report),
e) supply of the IT system operating in the Poviat Starosty in Kętrzyn, data from GESUT,
f) training employees of the Employer in operating the GESUT database
The subject of the contract is the creation of the initial GESUT database for the Town and Commune of Korsze in accordance with the conceptual GESUT data model, as defined in the Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of October 21, 2015 regarding the poviat database of GESUT and the national GESUT database, including:
a) obtaining data and source information constituting the basis for creating the GESUT database,
b) analysis of source materials intended for use in creating the GESUT database,
c) creation of the initial GESUT database,
d) preparation of the resulting documentation (technical report),
e) supply of the IT system operating in the Poviat Starosty in Kętrzyn, data from GESUT,
f) training employees of the Employer in operating the GESUT database
The subject of the order is the creation of the initial GESUT database for the City and Commune of Reszel in accordance with the conceptual GESUT data model, specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of October 21, 2015 regarding the poviat database of GESUT and the national GESUT database, including:
a) obtaining data and source information constituting the basis for creating the GESUT database,
b) analysis of source materials intended for use in creating the GESUT database,
c) creation of the initial GESUT database,
d) preparation of the resulting documentation (technical report),
e) supply of the IT system operating in the Poviat Starosty in Kętrzyn, data from GESUT,
f) training employees of the Employer in operating the GESUT database
The subject of the order is the creation of the initial GESUT database for the Srokowo commune in accordance with the GESUT conceptual data model, as defined in the Regulation of the Minister of Administration and Digitization of October 21, 2015 regarding the poviat database of GESUT and the national GESUT database, including:

b) analysis of source materials intended for use in creating the GESUT database,
c) creation of the initial GESUT database,
