DEVELOPMENT OF FUNCTIONALITIES FOR THE PROVISION OF GUIDANCE, INTERMEDIATION AND IMPROVEMENT OF THE EMPLOYABILITY OF THE PEOPLE SERVED (Integra and By Talent)

To have, through the Accessible Information System, an agile, flexible and effective service for the development, maintenance and management of Inserta Empleo (INTEGRA and Por Talento), in line with the continuous improvement of the provision of services to job seekers and companies, to the requirements of the regulations, to the guidelines, to the management system of quality and, in general, to the guiding principles of the activity.

The purpose of the project is to facilitate through the Accessible Information System:

• Interaction with the jobseeker who wants to improve his employability and seeks employment through his private part.

• Interaction with the employer who needs candidates through their private part.

• Incorporation of resources for the jobseeker and information from training and employment services, in order to attract and serve them in their employment itinerary, including:

o Incorporation of evidence to assess mainly digital knowledge of claimants objectively.

o Incorporation of new information items that allow us to identify groups with other factors of vulnerability, in addition to disability, that should be subject to positive action treatment: Immigrants, ex-prisoners, LGBT, gender-based violence,...

o Updating of teachers who collect the technical skills of the persons served, such as computer skills.

o Integration of the resource of teletraining actions to enhance the self-enrolment of people, incorporating it into their file.

o Integration with the entrepreneurial resources that connect with Por Talento Emprende, to facilitate them, and thus incorporating the entrepreneurial actions they carry out into the person's file.

• Incorporation of resources for employers and information on services to promote the recruitment of persons with disabilities and facilitate the selection of derivative candidates, including:

o Incorporate a personalized “pool of applications” service for already loyal customers (we know the profiles you hire).

o Define a new communications service with the employer through integration with a CRM that allows us to establish an efficient loyalty system, with timely communications to promote the recruitment of candidates that may interest you.

• Any other functionality that results in the person-job adjustment process to further optimize hiring results.

The physical and logical characteristics of the development platform are as follows:

- Windows 2008 R2 Standard Operating System

- Internet Information Server (IIS) 7

- SQL Server 2008 R2

- Visual Studio 2010

- .Net Framework 3.5 and 4.0

- Oracle Access Client. Preferably the latest version.

As for the internal management application (INTEGRA), with which it is integrated, the physical and logical characteristics of the development platform are as follows:
